Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. There is no card on file, so there is nothing that can start charging you. When the 10 GB or the 30 days run out, the account simply stops carrying traffic until you buy data or invite someone.
Why do I have to confirm my e-mail?
The free data is attached to a confirmed address. It is the one thing that stops the same person from taking the free plan a hundred times, and it is also how we reach you about your account. Confirming takes a code and a few seconds.
What happens when the free data runs out?
Nothing is deleted. Your account, your settings and your invite link stay exactly as they are — you just cannot connect until there is data on the account again, from a purchase, from your commission balance, or from a bonus.
How much can I actually earn from inviting people?
It depends entirely on how many people buy through your link, and we would rather not pretend otherwise. The rate is 10% of each purchase at the start and 18% once 25 people have bought, plus the milestone bonuses. All of it is visible in your account as it happens.
When do I get paid?
The credit is added when your friend's payment settles, not when they place the order — so a purchase that fails or is refunded does not pay out. After that it is balance on your account and you can spend it immediately.
Can I use one account for my family or my customers?
You can link accounts to yours and pay for them from your balance, which is what most people selling to their own customers do. For your own devices you do not need to: one account already connects 2 at the same time on the free plan, and more on a paid one.
