Getting started in four steps

  1. Choose a plan.

    Pick your plan, your data and your months. PRO and ELITE work on every protocol we support, PLUS on its own selected set — each on as many devices as your plan allows.

  2. Install an app.

    Pick the app for your device from the list below. Any of them will do — they all read the same subscription link.

  3. Import your link.

    Your account page shows a subscription link and a QR code. Scan the code, tap your app to import it directly, or copy the link and paste it into the app's import screen.

  4. Connect.

    Pick a server and connect. If one is slow, switch to another — they share your plan's data, so switching costs nothing.

Protocols

Which protocol should I use?

PRO and ELITE plans include every protocol below; the PLUS and FREE plans each cover their own selected set. Protocols differ in how they behave on a restricted network, not in what they cost you.

VitaminVPN

Our own dedicated app, and the most restriction-resistant option we offer. There is no configuration file to import — sign in with your VPN username and password and press connect. Available on Android, Windows, iPhone, iPad and macOS.

The best first choice: the most reliable where networks fight VPNs, on every device.

What you get

Nothing to import — the app is the configuration. You download it from your account page and sign in with your VPN username and password.

How to set it up

  1. Download the app Use the download button on your account page. That build is the one matched to this service.
  2. Sign in Use the VPN username and password from your account page. Those are for the VPN itself, not your website login.
  3. Connect Choose a server and connect. If one feels slow, switch to another — they share your plan's data, so switching costs nothing.

Xray VLESS · VMess · Reality

The most widely supported option, and the one designed to keep working where other protocols are blocked. It looks like ordinary web traffic.

A strong alternative with wide app support, for when you would rather not use our app.

One subscription address that carries every server on your plan. Your app refreshes it by itself, so a new server appears without you importing anything again.

IKEv2 · L2TP · SSTP PPTP · IPsec · MikroTik Built-in VPN — IKEv2, SSTP, L2TP/IPsec, PPTP

The VPN client already built into Windows, iPhone, Mac, Android and most routers — nothing to install. Your account works with IKEv2, SSTP, L2TP/IPsec and PPTP; the page shows the exact values and where to type them on your device.

Devices where you cannot install apps, routers and modems that put the whole home on the VPN, and MikroTik users.

What you get

Four values to enter: the address, the port, your username and your password. Nothing to download.

How to set it up

  1. Install an AnyConnect-compatible client Cisco Secure Client on iPhone, Android, Windows and macOS; OpenConnect on Linux and Windows. Most work laptops already have one.
  2. Enter the four values Type them exactly as your account page shows them, then connect. The tunnel carries all your traffic.
  3. Connect Choose a server and connect. If one feels slow, switch to another — they share your plan's data, so switching costs nothing.

MTProto Telegram proxy (MTProto)

A proxy for Telegram only. It makes Telegram work on a network that blocks it, and does nothing for your browser or other apps.

Best when only Telegram is blocked.

How to set it up

  1. Install Telegram Telegram itself is the only app involved. If it is already on your device, there is nothing to install.
  2. Tap the link Telegram opens on its own and asks you to confirm the proxy. Confirm it, and it stays in your proxy list.
  3. Connect Choose a server and connect. If one feels slow, switch to another — they share your plan's data, so switching costs nothing.

Cisco AnyConnect OpenConnect · ocserv

The VPN that most phones, laptops and work computers already know how to speak. There is no file to import: you type a server address, your username and your password. Works with Cisco Secure Client (formerly AnyConnect) and with OpenConnect.

Best when you do not want to install anything unusual, or on a device where only a built-in or company VPN client is allowed. It uses DTLS over UDP for speed and falls back to TCP by itself if UDP is blocked.

Find your device, then the protocol you want to use. The first app on each row is the one we would install ourselves.

VitaminVPN is our own dedicated app, so it is not in the lists above: you download it from your account page and it needs nothing else. It runs on Android, Windows, iPhone, iPad and macOS.

App names are the products' own. We do not publish these apps — install them from your platform's store or the developer's own releases page.

Fixes

Fixes for common problems

The questions we are asked most, in the order the problems usually turn up.

What is a subscription link?

One address that carries every server on your plan. Your app fetches it and keeps its server list current, so when we add or move a server you do not have to import anything again. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can use your plan.

How many devices can I use?

As many as your plan's device limit allows, at the same time. You can install the app on more devices than that — the limit is on simultaneous connections, not installations. Your account page lets you create a separate link per device so you can revoke one without disturbing the others.

It worked yesterday and today nothing connects.

Refresh the subscription in your app first — that alone fixes most cases. Then try a different server, then a different protocol: Xray is built to survive a network that has started filtering. Check your account page for remaining data and the expiry date, since both stop a connection with no warning in the app.

It connects but it is slow.

Try a server closer to you, then a different protocol — WireGuard is usually fastest where it is not blocked. A single slow server is not a slow plan: switching costs nothing, because every server shares the same data allowance.

What happens when I run out of data?

The connection stops. Your account page shows what is left at any time, and you can extend the same account rather than starting again — your username, your links and your apps all keep working.

My plan expired. Do I lose my settings?

No. Extend the same account and everything you have already imported keeps working — the same username, the same links, no re-import on any device.

I changed my VPN password and nothing works.

That is expected. Changing the VPN password regenerates every credential, so every device has to import the link again. Do it once per device and you are back.

Something is wrong and none of this helped.

Open a support ticket from your account. Tell us which app, which server and which protocol you tried, and what you saw — that is usually enough for us to find it on the first reply.
