Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and us. They cover this website, our apps, our Telegram bot and the VPN and server products themselves. We have written them the way we write everything else here — plainly, and only about things the service actually does.

Using the service means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

What you are buying

A VPN bundle is three things at once: an amount of traffic, a number of days, and a number of devices that may be connected at the same time. A month means thirty days. The clock starts when the bundle is granted to your account, not when the invoice was created — paying late does not cost you days.

A server plan is a virtual machine with a stated amount of traffic, disk and memory, for a number of months, plus any extra addresses you add. Changes to processor or memory take effect at the machine's next cold power cycle, not immediately.

Where a free allowance is offered, it is granted once per person, after the e-mail address on the account has been confirmed, and it runs on the servers and protocols set aside for it rather than the whole network.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by cryptocurrency, by card where that rail is available to you, or from your account balance. Payment is taken before delivery; nothing is invoiced afterwards and nothing renews on its own.

An order is delivered when the payment confirms. Cryptocurrency payments confirm on their own network, at their own pace, and we do not control that.

If you overpay, or if an order expires after a partial payment, the difference is credited to your account balance rather than returned — after deducting the network fee we pay to move it.

Account balance

Your balance is store credit. It can be used to buy anything we sell, including for an account linked to yours, but it cannot be withdrawn, transferred out or converted back into money. Top-ups are between one and five thousand dollars.

Delivery

VPN access is ready as soon as your payment confirms. A server is normally provisioned within a few minutes and appears in your panel when it is ready. If a delivery does not complete, it is retried automatically and, if it still cannot complete, it is raised for a human to look at.

Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds, cancellations or pro-rated credit for time you did not use. A cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed once it has settled on its network.

That said, if something on our side is broken — a service that never delivered, a machine that never worked — open a ticket and tell us. We would rather fix it or make it right than keep money for something you never got. Any such resolution is at our discretion and is normally made as account balance.

When something runs out

Nothing is deleted when a VPN bundle runs out. Your account, your settings, your configuration and your invite link stay exactly as they are — you simply cannot connect until there is traffic and time on the account again.

A server that runs out of traffic is either powered off or slowed to a reduced speed, depending on the plan. Powering off is not deletion: the machine and its disk stay as they are and it starts again once traffic is added.

A server whose paid period has ended stays recoverable for a short window — normally about a week — during which you can extend it and carry on. After that it may be removed to free the capacity. We send reminders before and after the date; keep a working e-mail address on the account so you receive them.

Nothing renews behind your back. There is no card on file and no subscription: when a period ends, it ends, and it is your choice whether to buy again.

What is not allowed

A VPN is a tool for privacy and for reaching a network that would otherwise be closed to you. It is not cover for harming other people. You may not use the service to:

  • break the law that applies to you, or help anyone else do so;
  • attack, scan, flood or otherwise interfere with networks, machines or accounts that are not yours;
  • send spam or run bulk unsolicited messaging of any kind;
  • distribute material that sexually exploits children, or anything else whose mere possession is a crime;
  • resell or share the service in a way that misrepresents who is providing it, or that exceeds the device limit you bought;
  • attempt to break, overload or work around the limits of our systems, including the ones that count your traffic.

If an account does any of this we may suspend or close it. We would rather ask first where there is any doubt, and a suspension is a decision a person makes and records — not something an automatic system does to you quietly.

Your account

Keep control of the e-mail address on your account and of anything that signs you in — your password, your two-factor codes, your recovery codes. Anyone who holds those can use what you have paid for. We recommend turning two-factor authentication on. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing it ends access to the service; records we keep for accounting reasons remain, as described on the privacy page.

Availability

We do not promise a particular percentage of uptime and we do not offer service credits, so we are not going to print a number here that we have no mechanism to honour. What we do commit to is capacity: a node shown as available really has room, and we do not oversell a server you paid for.

Networks that block VPNs change constantly, and so do we. Servers, protocols and their addresses may change, be added or be withdrawn — that is the nature of the product, and it is why a bundle is not tied to one particular server.

Invitations and commission

If you invite someone, you earn a share of what they spend on our products. Commission is paid when their payment settles, not when they place an order, and it is paid as balance on your account. Adding balance is not a purchase, so it does not earn commission, and you cannot invite yourself.

A payment that fails, is reversed or is later found to be fraudulent does not pay out, and a payout already made against it may be taken back.

Our responsibility

We provide the service as it is. We do not promise it will be available at every moment, that a particular server or protocol will keep working on a particular network, or that it is fit for a purpose you have in mind but have not told us about.

Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms — for example when the product changes. The date at the top moves when they do, and where a change matters we will tell you by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
